I need about 10-25sqm of plasterboard removed from the walls including the ceiling (1 laundry room, room size is 3.9 x 4.4) need basically all 4 walls removed and ceiling, just all covered in mould completely due to a leak, everything is dry now just needs to be removed and possibly dumped within a month or so

I have a house in Sellicks Hill that I just bought and want to quickly renovate before renting it out. It needs plastering in multiple places and then at least two (maybe 3?) coats of white paint on all walls and roof. Photos attached to give an idea of the house, plus floor plan. I removed tiles from the kitchen wall and I wanted to put tongue and groove panels over the area - but it won’t stick because the wall is too bare now. I need the wall surface smoothed with plaster or filler so I that I can attach the panels to it. It does not have to look pretty/ perfect for painting over as it is going to be completely covered. It is a small area of about 2 square meters (not the yellow part below, just the bottom part near the bench). I’ve also included a photo of the board I want to attach so you can see what I’m talking about.

The ceiling in a storeroom in our house needs plastering over beams and insulation. Room is roughly 12x3m. Tools not provided. Materials can be provided or price quote can increase to include the materials.

I've just had a leak repaired in some bathroom taps and the plumber had to go in through the wall. I now have a patch (roughly 1 foot by 1/2 foot) which will be refilled with mortar but needs re-plastering. I have no idea about pricing so I'll leave that to you to quote.
